BJ DIGITAL Confirms Stable Share Capital Structure with No Issuance or Repurchase in August 2026

Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (BJ DIGITAL) disclosed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged throughout the month.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised/registered share capital stood at RMB 886.46 million, comprising:  – 548.76 million H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, par value RMB 1 each.  – 337.70 million domestic shares, par value RMB 1 each.

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at:  – 548.76 million H shares.  – 337.70 million domestic shares.

• The company held zero treasury shares, and no share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the month.

Public Float Compliance The H-share public float complied with the Main Board’s initial prescribed threshold of 25% of the class’s issued shares as at 31 August 2026.

Board Confirmation Chairwoman Xu Liping affirmed that all statutory filings and listing rule requirements have been met, and no new securities were issued, repurchased or transferred during the reporting period.

The filing indicates operational stability in BJ DIGITAL’s equity base, with no dilution or concentration changes in August 2026.
