CR BEVERAGE (02460) announced that Ms. Wu Xia has resigned from her positions as executive director and member of the Strategy and Investment Committee, effective August 29, 2025, due to other work arrangements. Following her resignation from these roles, Ms. Wu will continue to serve as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhou Jianbo has been appointed as executive director and member of the Strategy and Investment Committee, effective August 29, 2025.
