BASETROPHY GP (08460) announced that on October 29, 2025, the company and the respective subscribers mutually agreed to immediately terminate the first and second subscription agreements by executing a deed of termination. As the subscription agreements have been terminated, the proposed issuance of a total of 44.268 million new shares will not proceed.
