CR BEVERAGE (02460) announced its results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of RMB 6.206 billion for the period; profit attributable to company owners reached RMB 805 million; basic earnings per share were RMB 0.34; the company proposes to distribute an interim dividend of RMB 0.118 per share.
The Group operates with "C'estbon" as its core brand, focusing on the production and sales of packaged drinking water products. As of June 30, 2025, the Group's packaged drinking water products include bottled water products under the "C'estbon," "C'estbon Pure," "BENYO," and "FEEL" brands, as well as barrel water products under the "C'estbon" and "Ganten" brands.
During the reporting period, packaged drinking water products generated revenue of RMB 5.251 billion, representing a decrease of 23.1% compared to the same period last year and accounting for 84.6% of total revenue for the reporting period.
In recent years, while maintaining steady development of its packaged drinking water business, the Group has continued to promote the development of its beverage business. In the first half of 2025, the Group launched 14 new SKUs in the beverage sector. The "Zhiben Qingrun Series" and "Honey Water Series" continued to expand with enriched flavors and product specifications, meeting consumers' differentiated needs across various scenarios including ready-to-drink, sharing, and household consumption, actively building a second growth curve.
During the reporting period, beverage products achieved revenue of RMB 955 million, an increase of 21.3% compared to the same period last year, accounting for 15.4% of total revenue for the reporting period.
