• Board composition Executive Directors: Cai Da (Chairman), Wang Tongtong, Lei Ming, Lyu Zhengnan. Independent Non-Executive Directors: Yuen Wai Man, Huang Tianhua, Wan Yu.

• Principal businesses 1. Trading of fresh and agricultural products 2. General trading 3. Meat production, cutting, processing, packaging and delivery 4. Provision of money-lending services

• Share capital and trading parameters – Ordinary shares in issue: 344.21 million, par value HK$0.2. – Board lot size: 10,000 shares. – No warrants, options or other listed securities are outstanding.

• Major shareholders (≥5% stakes) – Mangrove Capital Holdings Ltd.: 96.72 million shares, representing 28.10% of issued capital. • Ultimate beneficial owner: Mr. Xu Gongming (also holds 0.60 million shares directly). – Hulu Group Ltd.: 66.85 million shares, representing 19.42%. • Ultimate beneficial owner: Ms. Yan Weiwei.
