HAIDILAO disclosed data on the evening of October 8th, showing that during the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday period, customer traffic at HAIDILAO locations nationwide maintained high levels. On October 6th, Mid-Autumn Festival day, the company served over 1.8 million customers, representing approximately a 5% year-over-year increase compared to last year's Mid-Autumn Festival traffic.
In August this year, HAIDILAO opened its first store in Tibet, achieving complete coverage across all provincial-level administrative regions in China. Over the past month from September to now, HAIDILAO has opened more than 20 new stores nationwide, covering not only first-tier cities like Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, and Hangzhou, but also expanding into lower-tier markets including Lishui in Zhejiang, Jiujiang in Jiangxi, Qihe in Shandong, and Zhangye in Gansu. In the southern Xinjiang region, HAIDILAO has opened two consecutive stores in Kashgar and Korla.
During the National Day period, HAIDILAO successively launched fresh-cut product categories. According to a representative from HAIDILAO's Product Management Department, the average daily consumption of fresh beef during the first seven days of the 2025 National Day holiday exceeded 35 tons, doubling compared to the previous week. After many HAIDILAO hot pot locations were upgraded to "HAIDILAO Fresh-Cut Workshops," the click-through rate for fresh-cut meat products has continued to rise.
As of the end of September 2025, over 100 standard theme stores featuring fresh-cut and live products have opened for business, covering categories including fresh-cut beef, live seafood, fresh-cut lamb, fresh-cut crispy Anhui fish, and fresh-cut black pork.
