SAMSONITE (01910) Completes Issuance of 2033 Senior Notes

SAMSONITE (01910) announced the completion of Samsonite Finco's issuance of €350 million 4.375% senior notes due 2033, along with finalizing the syndicated loan arrangement and allocation under its new senior credit facility. On November 11, 2025, all conditions precedent under the purchase agreement were satisfied, the indenture was executed, and the 2033 senior notes were successfully issued.
Proceeds from the 2033 notes issuance, combined with existing cash and borrowings under the new senior credit facility, were used to: (1) fully repay the €350 million principal amount of 2026 senior notes (including any accrued and unpaid interest); and (2) cover related fees, costs, and expenses.
