NetEase Cloud Music Inc. (09899) Discloses Share Repurchase and Issuance Update

NetEase Cloud Music Inc. (09899) reported changes to its share capital structure as of 16 February 2026. The company repurchased 92,350 shares on 16 February 2026, representing 0.04% of its previously issued shares. These repurchased shares are held as treasury shares, bringing the total treasury-share count to 606,950. The highest and lowest repurchase prices on that date were HKD 163.70 and HKD 160.30, respectively. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 14.99 million.

The company also issued 20,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of options under its Pre-IPO Share Incentive Scheme on 16 February 2026, representing 0.01% of the previously issued shares. As a result, the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) now stands at 217,295,523, and the overall share count, including treasury shares, has increased to 217,902,473.

According to the disclosure, 275,400 shares (equivalent to 0.13% of the company’s share capital as of the repurchase mandate date on 25 June 2025) have been repurchased to date. New share issuance or transfer of treasury shares is restricted until 18 March 2026, following the company’s share repurchase activities.
