On October 28, ZTO Express stated that it will strictly comply with the requirements of the talks, conduct comprehensive inspections, implement full rectifications, and ensure company-wide enforcement. The company emphasized its commitment to improving service quality, enhancing compliance management, and safeguarding the legitimate rights of both franchisees and employees.
The State Post Bureau highlighted issues such as subpar service quality and inadequate protection measures for couriers' rights. It demanded that ZTO strengthen its network management responsibilities, improve service standards, reinforce compliance systems, and uphold fair market competition.
