On August 27, XPENG-W (09868; XPEV.US) officially unveiled its new-generation P7 model, positioning it as a "Future AI Luxury Sports Sedan." The vehicle lineup includes four variants: the 702 Long Range Ultra, 820 Extended Range Ultra, 750 All-Wheel Drive High Performance Ultra, and 750 All-Wheel Drive Wing Ultra, with official retail prices of 219,800 yuan, 239,800 yuan, 259,800 yuan, and 301,800 yuan respectively.
The new XPENG P7, developed over five years, integrates 800V+5C battery technology, supercar-level driving dynamics, and comprehensive AI technology, aiming to redefine standards for luxury pure electric sports sedans in the 300,000 yuan segment.
The vehicle features a minimalist futuristic design, equipped with 1.4-meter light wing headlights, active lift spoiler, and seven premium paint options, achieving both low drag coefficient and visual appeal. In terms of performance, the new model is powered by an 800V XPower electric drive system with maximum output of 593PS, achieving 0-100km/h acceleration in just 3.7 seconds. Combined with dual-chamber air suspension, Brembo calipers, and mixed tire configuration, it delivers exceptional handling performance. At Zhejiang International Circuit, the vehicle set a new record as the "fastest pure electric sports sedan under 500,000 yuan" with a lap time of 1 minute 38.767 seconds.
Notably, all Ultra variants of the new XPENG P7 come standard with three self-developed Turing AI chips, delivering total computing power of 2,250 TOPS, ranking first globally. Powered by this industry-leading computing capability, the new XPENG P7 efficiently operates local VLA large models, creating intelligent AI-assisted driving that can think.
For range capabilities, the vehicle features a 92.2kWh ternary lithium battery with CLTC maximum range of 820 kilometers and supports 800V 5C ultra-fast charging, adding 525 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes. During a 24-hour endurance test, the vehicle traveled 3,961 kilometers at an average speed of 220km/h, validating the reliability of its battery and electric drive system.
