DAHSING BANKING (02356) announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to appoint KPMG as the external auditor for the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the Group) for the year ending December 31, 2026, subject to shareholders' approval at the Company's next Annual General Meeting. PricewaterhouseCoopers will retire as the Company's auditor at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in 2026. KPMG's appointment will take effect immediately upon PricewaterhouseCoopers' retirement.
