TryHard Holdings Limited (THH.US), a company providing live event services and operating restaurants in Japan, surged 50.50% on its trading debut Thursday, closing at $6.02. The company priced its initial public offering at $4 per share, issuing 1.5 million shares (including 30% secondary offering) and raising $6 million. The IPO price was set at the lower end of the $4-5 pricing range.

TryHard Holdings Limited provides event planning services, event consulting and management services, subleases entertainment venues, and owns and operates restaurants in Japan. The company's major events include music festivals, fireworks and sky lantern festivals, camping festivals, and Japanese cultural exhibitions targeting foreign tourists. The company also operates 16 nightclubs across Japan.

TryHard Holdings Limited is listed on NASDAQ, with US Tiger Securities serving as the sole bookrunner for the transaction.
