Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited (00310) announced its monthly return for the period ended 31 October 2025. The authorized share capital remained unchanged at 100 billion ordinary shares, with a par value of HKD 0.001, amounting to a total of HKD 100,000,000.
The total number of issued shares rose from 121,132,020 to 621,132,020, reflecting an increase of 500,000,000 ordinary shares. Regarding convertible notes issued on 29 December 2023, the entire amount of HKD 4,000,000 was redeemed during the period, resulting in no additional shares issued from these notes.
