CHINA JICHENG (01027) announced that the board of China Jicheng Holdings Limited (the "Company," together with its subsidiaries referred to as the "Group") has proposed changing the Company's English name from "China Jicheng Holdings Limited" to "Asia Strategy Digit Technology Holdings Limited." The corresponding Chinese dual foreign name will be "亚洲策略数字科技控股有限公司" ("Proposed Change of Company Name").
