Beijing Xunzhong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (2597) has announced that Ms. Hu Jun will step down as Chief Financial Officer, secretary to the Board, and one of the joint company secretaries, effective 6 February 2026. According to the announcement, Ms. Hu reached the statutory retirement age and decided to retire due to personal health considerations. She has confirmed having no disagreement with the board of directors and is not aware of any matters needing to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

Following Ms. Hu’s resignation, Ms. Au Wing Sze will remain in office as the company secretary.
