SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) and Shantou Holdings (00412) jointly announced that on September 12, 2025, Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY Technology (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SDHS NEW ENERGY and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Shantou Holdings) as the contracting party entered into an EPC contract with joint contractors, namely Shandong Expressway Urban Construction, Shandong Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Institute, and China Hydroelectric Engineering.
Under the EPC contract, Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY Technology agreed to engage the joint contractors to provide EPC services for the project, which is an approximately 5.56MW peak distributed photovoltaic project located on Lancao Expressway in Linshu County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. The total contract value is RMB 18.2291 million (including all taxes), which may be adjusted in case of changes in national tax policies.
