Contel Technology Company Limited (1912) Reports Winding-Up Petitions for Subsidiaries

Contel Technology Company Limited (1912) announced that two wholly owned subsidiaries, Flyring Electronic Limited and IH Technology Limited, received winding-up petitions on 27 February 2026. According to the announcement, the petitions were filed by an individual creditor in the High Court of Hong Kong under allegations of insolvency and unpaid debts. The combined amounts include US$0.55 million (approximately HK$4.29 million) and RMB14.00 million (approximately HK$15.40 million).

The petitions are set to be heard on 6 May 2026. As stated in the announcement, the subsidiaries dispute the existence of any outstanding debts and are seeking legal advice to vigorously defend against the claims. No winding-up order has been issued at this stage, and further updates will be provided if there are significant developments.
