WENGE AI IPO Sees Massive Oversubscription, Raises HK$827 Million

WENGE AI (ASX: 01956) has announced the final allocation results for its initial public offering. The company offered a total of 14,834,600 shares globally, with 20% allocated to the Hong Kong public offering tranche and 80% to the international offering tranche.

The final offer price has been set at HK$60.7 per share. The net proceeds from the global offering are expected to be approximately HK$827 million.

Each board lot will consist of 200 shares. The company's H-shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering portion was heavily oversubscribed, receiving applications for approximately 5,966.78 times the number of shares available. The international offering was also significantly oversubscribed, receiving applications for 20.7 times the shares offered.
