CHINA OVERSEAS Reports 35.9% Drop in February Contracted Property Sales to RMB 8.464 Billion

CHINA OVERSEAS (00688) announced that its contracted property sales for February 2026 amounted to approximately RMB 8.464 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 35.9%. The corresponding sales area was around 358,700 square meters, down 45.0% compared to the same period last year.

For the period from January to February 2026, the cumulative contracted property sales of the China Overseas series companies reached approximately RMB 22.942 billion. The corresponding cumulative sales area was about 875,400 square meters, declining by 9.0% and 29.7% year-on-year, respectively.

Additionally, as of February 28, 2026, the China Overseas series companies recorded subscribed property sales of approximately RMB 11.228 billion, which are expected to be converted into contracted property sales in the coming months.

In February 2026, the company, together with its subsidiaries, acquired two new land parcels in Hong Kong and Baoding, with a total gross floor area of approximately 73,500 square meters and a land premium of about RMB 1.698 billion.

Furthermore, in February 2026, COB (China Overseas Property) and/or its subsidiaries did not acquire any land parcels.
