In the second episode of Luo Yonghao's podcast "Luo Yonghao's Crossroads," XPeng Inc. Chairman and CEO He Xiaopeng revealed that when UC initially started developing mobile email services, NetEase founder Ding Lei believed mobile email had significant value and lent them 800,000 yuan.
"This money was originally intended to be converted into an investment, but it actually never materialized. Later, after several years, we returned the money to Ding Lei," He Xiaopeng said, adding that Ding Lei was extremely helpful to him in the early days.
