China Huajun Shares Plunge Another 18% as Three-Day Selloff Wipes Out Over 70% of Value

China Huajun GP (00377) shares dropped more than 18% again, extending a brutal three-day collapse that has erased over 70% of the stock's value. At the time of writing, the stock traded down 18.26% at HK$0.985, with turnover of approximately HK$1.396 million, bringing the company's total market capitalization to less than HK$200 million.

On the news front, China Huajun GP recently announced that it is in preliminary discussions with an unnamed party regarding a potential asset disposal. The negotiations are still ongoing, and no formal agreement has been reached as the terms and conditions of the potential transaction remain unsettled.

The company operates as an investment holding entity with three core business segments: printing; trading and logistics; and property development and investment. In the first half of this year, China Huajun GP reported revenue of RMB 623 million, down 9.14% year-over-year, while the loss attributable to shareholders narrowed 15.26% to RMB 325 million.
