Jiu Rong Holdings Limited (the “Company,” stock code: 2358) announced on 26 February 2026 the appointment of two Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs) and corresponding adjustments to its Board committees, effective the same day. According to the announcement, Mr. Wong Po Keung and Ms. Lu Ruidi have joined the Board under three-year appointments, each with a director’s fee of HK$10,000 per month. Both new appointees will hold office until the next general meeting and then be eligible for re-election.

Mr. Wong, aged 55, assumes the positions of INED, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of both the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Australia, is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and brings extensive finance and auditing experience from his roles at several listed companies.

Ms. Lu, aged 46, serves as INED, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. She holds a master’s degree in accounting from Zhejiang University and is a Senior Accountant in the People’s Republic of China, a Certified Management Accountant, and a Registered Tax Agent. Her background spans corporate financial management, internal control, and strategic tax planning.

With these appointments, the Company states that it has re-complied with relevant Listing Rule requirements. The Board extended a welcome to Mr. Wong and Ms. Lu and noted that both have confirmed their independence under the criteria set out in the Listing Rules.
