TSINGTAO BREW (00168) announced that the acquisition of all equity in Jimo Huangjiu has been terminated. As of October 27, 2025, the preconditions for delivery outlined in the transfer agreement have not been met, thus the acquisition deal is cancelled. The company will not incur any liability for breach of contract due to the termination of the transfer agreement.
