Following its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 19, 2025, CiDi Inc. split each share into ten on March 2, 2026, adjusting the par value from RMB1.00 to RMB0.10. This move brought the total number of shares from 43.79 million to 437.89 million. The registered capital stands at RMB43.79 million, while total investment is RMB76.76 million.
The Articles also outline the company’s governance framework. The Board comprises eight directors, including three independent non-executive directors and one employee director. The general manager serves as the legal representative. Shareholders are granted various rights, including dividends and participation in major decisions through general meetings. The document provides details on procedures for capital increases, reductions, mergers, and divisions, alongside mechanisms for internal audits and financial disclosures.
