KuangChi Science Limited (Stock Code: 439) has scheduled a special general meeting on 1 December 2025 to consider key corporate matters. One special resolution proposes changing the English name from KuangChi Science Limited to Genesis Scale Holdings Limited, alongside adopting the Chinese name 瀚源控股有限公司. This change is subject to and conditional upon approval by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.

A separate ordinary resolution will address a new share option scheme. The proposal includes granting options to eligible participants, with the total number of shares issued capped at 10% of the company’s issued share capital at the time of resolution approval.
