During the period from September 25 to September 26, 2025, Harmony Health cumulatively reduced its holdings of 39,044,391 company shares through centralized bidding, representing 0.924113% of the company's total share capital, or 0.924732% of the total share capital after deducting shares held in the company's repurchase account.

Following this equity change, Harmony Health's shareholding decreased from 365,364,817 shares to 326,320,426 shares, with its proportion of total share capital declining from 8.647550% to 7.723437%, and its proportion of total share capital after deducting shares in the company's repurchase account decreasing from 8.653342% to 7.728610%. The equity change reached a 1% integer multiple threshold.
