According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 28, MGD Holdings reduced its shareholding in CHINA BLUECHEM (03983) by 8.978 million shares at HK$2.3917 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$21.4727 million. Following this reduction, MGD Holdings' remaining shareholding stands at 265 million shares, representing a 14.76% stake in the company.
