Kingboard Laminates Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has announced that its Board will convene on 16 March 2026. The primary agenda is to approve the final results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and to consider a potential final dividend recommendation.
The Board is chaired by Executive Director Cheung Kwok Wa and includes Managing Director Cheung Kwok Keung, alongside several other executive and non-executive directors. According to the announcement dated 24 February 2026, the meeting’s outcome will be disclosed following the Board’s deliberations on the aforementioned matters.
