SEVEN ELEMENTS (01660) has announced a change to its board composition, with an existing director stepping down to focus on other professional commitments.

Mr. Yu Chu An has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee, effective from 1 September 2026. His departure is attributed to a decision to allocate more time to his other business responsibilities.

In a parallel move, Ms. Wu Min Shan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from the same date. Following Mr. Yu's resignation, Ms. Wu will concurrently assume the roles of chairman of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee, also effective from 1 September 2026.
