DAIDO GROUP (00544) has issued an announcement that, with effect from September 30, 2026, Mr. He Xinyu (Mr. He) has resigned as an executive director in order to devote more time to his other business commitments and work arrangements; and Ms. Guan Yasong (Ms. Guan) has resigned as a non-executive director and ceased to serve as a member of the Company's nomination committee in order to devote more time to her other business commitments and work arrangements.

With effect from September 30, 2026, Mr. Li Yuhang (Mr. Li) has been appointed as an executive director. Mr. Bi Wei (Mr. Bi) has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr. Dong Ziming (Mr. Dong) has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr. Liu Weitao (Mr. Liu) has been appointed as a non-executive director.

Following Mr. He's resignation with effect from September 30, 2026, Mr. He has ceased to serve as the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange, and as the Company's authorized representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for the receipt of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong (collectively, the "authorized representatives"). With effect from September 30, 2026, executive director Mr. Li Yuhang has been appointed as an authorized representative.
