SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED has formally changed its English name from “SAINT BELLA Inc.” to “SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED,” alongside its dual foreign name in Chinese from “聖貝拉有限公司” to “聖貝拉集團有限公司.” The Hong Kong Registrar of Companies confirmed the new registration under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance on February 27, 2026.

The change of company names does not affect shareholders’ rights or the company’s operations and financial position. Existing share certificates remain valid and will continue to serve as legal evidence of ownership.

SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED has also adopted a newly amended and restated Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, which became effective on the same date as the company name change, February 5, 2026.

Effective from 9:00 a.m. on March 10, 2026, the stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will change from “SAINT BELLA” to “SAINT BELLA GP” in English and from “聖貝拉” to “聖貝拉集團” in Chinese. The stock code remains unchanged as 2508.
