QUNABOX GROUP (00917) announced that Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her positions as joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process due to work transfer, effective from August 18, 2025. Additionally, the company has appointed Mr. Huang Junying as the new joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, effective from August 18, 2025. Ms. Wang Zan will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
