Beijing Capital International Airport Company Limited (00694.HK) announced that it has entered into a new three-year Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services Framework Agreement with Beijing Bowei Aviation Facilities Management Company Limited (“Beijing Bowei”). The Parent Company of Beijing Bowei holds approximately 58.96% of the issued share capital of Beijing Capital International Airport Company Limited, making the new arrangement a continuing connected transaction under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.
According to the announcement, the agreement covers O&M services at Beijing Capital Airport’s terminals T1, T2, and T3, as well as airfield and other designated areas. It includes the operation, maintenance, and preservation of electro-mechanical equipment systems, low-voltage systems, baggage systems, passenger boarding bridges, and other related services. The new term will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028. The projected annual caps for service fees stand at RMB400 million each year from 2026 to 2028.
The historical transaction amounts for services under the former framework agreement reached RMB383.13 million in 2023, RMB412.46 million in 2024, and RMB240.68 million for the first nine months of 2025. The new agreement, once approved by independent shareholders at the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting, will continue ensuring efficient support for equipment and facilities crucial to the airport’s daily operations. A circular containing details about the transaction and relevant approvals is expected to be dispatched on or before 5 December 2025.
