Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on November 6, a shareholder of ROISERV (02146) transferred shares from Wansheng Financial Holdings to Guotai Junan (Hong Kong), with a transfer value of HK$24.3 million, accounting for 19.15% of the holdings.
Previously, ROISERV reported its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group achieved total operating revenue of RMB 1.012 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.7%, while net profit attributable to owners of the parent company declined by 1.9% to RMB 89.3982 million. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 0.24.
