XINYUAN PM (01895) announced that as disclosed in the interim results announcement, the board of directors recommended an interim dividend of HK$2.77 cents per ordinary share for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The company hereby announces that the payment date for the interim dividend will be changed to September 22, 2025 (Monday).
