On 15 May 2026, NetEase Cloud Music Inc. executed an on-market repurchase of 117,050 ordinary shares, paying HKD 14.99 million in total. The buyback was carried out at prices ranging from HKD 126.60 to HKD 131.80 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 128.13 per share.
The transaction reduced the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) by 0.055 percentage points to 210.91 million. Concurrently, treasury shares increased to 7.01 million, representing about 3.21 % of the total 217.92 million issued shares.
This purchase was made under the general mandate approved on 25 June 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 21.74 million shares. Including the latest transaction, NetEase Cloud Music has bought back 6.67 million shares to date, utilising roughly 30.71 % of its authorised limit.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 14 June 2026.
