TSUI WAH HLDG (01314) announced that on May 26, 2020, the Group obtained a license through the Airport Authority's tender process to operate a licensed restaurant at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1 for a period of 60 months, which will expire on October 28, 2025 (the "Expiry Date"). As the Group was unable to secure a renewal of the licensed restaurant through the Airport Authority's tender process, the licensed restaurant will cease operations on or around the Expiry Date. As of March 31, 2025, the Group operated a total of 72 restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Singapore. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, the licensed restaurant generated approximately 8% of the Group's total revenue. The Board of Directors believes that the closure of the licensed restaurant will not have any material impact on the Group's operations and business performance.
