CSPC (1093) Announces Updated Board Composition and Committee Assignments

On 4 November 2025, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (stock code: 1093) announced the composition of its Board of Directors, headed by Chairman Mr. Cai Dong Chen. The Board includes executive directors such as Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Zhang Cuilong, as well as independent non-executive directors including Mr. Wang Bo and Mr. Au Chun Kwok Alan.
Committee responsibilities were also outlined. Mr. Au chairs both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Cai Dongchen leads the Nomination Committee. Other members hold committee seats according to designated roles, with each committee responsible for auditing, nomination, or compensation matters as assigned.
