BUSYMING (01768) Concludes Stabilization Period and Price Support Actions

BUSYMING (01768) announced the conclusion of the stabilization period for its global offering on Sunday, February 22, 2026, which marked the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications under the Hong Kong public offering. The stabilization manager, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., or any person acting on its behalf, undertook the following stabilization activities during this period: (1) Overallocated a total of 2.3266 million shares in the international offering, representing approximately 15% of the total shares available under the global offering, assuming full exercise of the over-allotment option but prior to its actual exercise; and (2) The global coordinator, acting on behalf of the international underwriters, fully exercised the over-allotment option on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the final offer price of HKD 236.60 per share. This involved a total of 2.3266 million shares to facilitate the delivery of certain H-shares to placees who had agreed to defer receipt of their subscribed H-shares under the global offering. Throughout the stabilization period, the stabilization manager did not purchase or sell any shares in the market for price stabilization purposes.
