SG Micro Corp's Hong Kong IPO Oversubscribed Over 250 Times, Global Offering Attracts Strong Interest

SG Micro Corp (03661) has announced the allotment results for its initial public offering. The company is issuing a total of 54,001,200 shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering portion accounting for 10% and the international offering making up the remaining 90%.

The final offer price has been set at HK$85.2 per share. Net proceeds from the global offering are expected to be approximately HK$4.5 billion. Each board lot consists of 100 shares.

The H-shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on Friday, 26 June 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering portion was heavily oversubscribed, receiving applications for approximately 251.73 times the number of shares available. The international offering was also well received, being oversubscribed by about 23.5 times.
