Dow Futures rose 0.13%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.22%, Nasdaq Futures rose 0.38%, reflecting a broadly risk-on tone.

Space stocks rallied in overnight trading.

Redwire Corp. jumped 14%. A contract to deploy a commercial space greenhouse supported the rebound.

Virgin Galactic surged 12%. It redeemed $30.5M 2028 notes by issuing shares to bolster liquidity.

AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (ASTS) advanced 7%. Three BlueBird satellites are slated to launch on June 17.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (RKLB) climbed 6%. SpaceX IPO anticipation and a $190M Pentagon hypersonics award aided the move.

Chip, storage stocks rose in overnight trading. Navitas, SanDisk up about 3%; SOXL, Western Digital, Credo, Astera Labs up over 2%.

Optical communication stocks rose, with COHERENT, Astera Labs, Applied Optoelectronics up 3%, Corning, Lumentum rose 2%.

NEBIUS rallied 4.02%. It committed $2.2B to expand UK AI data center capacity and launched a Physical AI Lab.

IREN Ltd gained 2.54%. Shares rose despite Needham initiating with Hold on delayed AI revenue timing.

Adobe fell 5.39%. A CFO exit overshadowed a beat-and-raise quarter and ongoing CEO succession.

Sea Ltd declined 3.10%. Shopee layoffs and recent insider selling weighed on sentiment.
