CREATIVE CHINA Issues Profit Alert, Anticipates Annual Profit Attributable to Shareholders of 42-45 Million Yuan

CREATIVE CHINA (08368) has announced a positive profit forecast. Compared to a profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately RMB 24.4 million for the corresponding period in 2024, the company anticipates a profit attributable to owners for the year ending December 31, 2025, in the range of RMB 42 million to RMB 45 million. The board of directors attributes the increase in profit for the year primarily to a rise in gross profit from the TV series/film production and film copyright investment division, gains from the disposal of equity in certain subsidiaries, and a decrease in administrative expenses due to the absence of amortization of intangible assets.
