TIANGE (01980) reported that its authorised share capital remained at 3,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, maintaining a total authorised capital of USD 300,000 as of 28 February 2026. The number of issued shares also stood at 1,109,390,162 with no change from the preceding month.
The company’s public float was disclosed at 20.85%. An application for a temporary waiver was submitted after the minimum public float requirement was not met due to a prior offer, as previously announced on 8 January 2026.
