POWERLONG Reports Contract Sales of Approximately RMB2.79 Billion for First Five Months, Down 11.93% Year-on-Year

POWERLONG (HKEX: 01238) has announced its sales figures. For the month of May 2026, the group's contracted sales, including those from jointly controlled entities and associates, amounted to approximately RMB600 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 1.15%. The contracted sales area for the same period was about 77,786 square meters.
For the cumulative period from January to May 2026, the group's total contracted sales, inclusive of sales from jointly controlled entities and associates, reached approximately RMB2.79 billion. This figure reflects an 11.93% decline compared to the same period last year. The total contracted sales area for these five months was approximately 276,645 square meters.
