Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (BAY AREA DEV, 00737; RMB counter: 80737) has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.076 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The Hong Kong dollar default payment will be HKD 0.08644392 per share, calculated at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.13742. Shareholders may elect to receive the dividend in RMB at the same RMB 0.076 per share rate; partial currency election is permitted until 22 July 2026 at 16:30.
