China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (00670) disclosed updated figures following the cancellation of repurchased A and H shares on 11 November 2025. The cancellation involved A shares repurchased from December 2024 to June 2025 and H shares repurchased from January to July 2025.

According to the announcement, the total number of issued A shares declined from 17,114,518,793 to 17,024,964,893 after the cancellation of 89,553,900 shares. This accounted for a 0.4017% reduction based on the previously reported figure, with a repurchase price of RMB 3.761 per share.

The number of issued H shares moved from 5,176,777,777 to 5,062,771,777, representing a decrease of 114,006,000 shares, or 0.5114%. The repurchase price for these H shares stood at HKD 2.731.

The company confirmed that the repurchase and cancellation procedures met all applicable regulatory requirements, and no shares remained in the process of cancellation at the close of the reporting date.
