H World Group-S Reports Annual Results: Total Revenue Reaches 25.307 Billion Yuan, Up 5.93% Year-on-Year

H World Group-S (01179) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the group achieved total revenue of 6.525 billion yuan, an increase of 8.33% compared to the same period last year. Net profit attributable to H World Group Limited was 1.173 billion yuan, with basic earnings per share of 0.38 yuan. For the full year of 2025, the group's total revenue amounted to 25.307 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 5.93%. Net profit attributable to H World Group Limited was 5.08 billion yuan, with basic earnings per share of 1.65 yuan. The company proposed a final ordinary cash dividend for the second half of 2025 of US$0.130 per ordinary share, or US$1.30 per American Depositary Share, totaling approximately US$400 million.

According to the announcement, hotel turnover for the fourth quarter of 2025 increased by 18.4% year-on-year to 28.1 billion yuan, while full-year 2025 hotel turnover grew by 16.4% compared to the previous year. Excluding Steigenberger Hotels GmbH and its subsidiaries (DH or Legacy-DH), hotel turnover from the Legacy-Huazhu segment in the fourth quarter of 2025 rose by 18.9% year-on-year, and increased by 17.2% for the full year of 2025. Hotel turnover from the Legacy-DH segment grew by 13.7% in the fourth quarter of 2025, and increased by 8.5% for the full year of 2025.

As of December 31, 2025, H World Group's global operating hotel network comprised 12,858 hotels with 1,264,419 rooms, including 118 hotels from DH. During the fourth quarter of 2025, the Legacy-Huazhu segment opened 406 hotels, all of which were managed join and franchise hotels, while closing 246 hotels in total, including 20 leased and owned hotels and 226 managed join and franchise hotels.

As of December 31, 2025, H World Group had 2,906 pipeline hotels, consisting of 2,887 hotels from the Legacy-Huazhu segment and 19 hotels from the Legacy-DH segment. For the full year of 2026, H World Group expects revenue to increase between 2% and 6% compared to full-year 2025, or between 5% and 9% growth excluding DH. The company anticipates that its managed join and franchise revenue will grow between 12% and 16% compared to full-year 2025. For the full year of 2026, H World Group plans to open 2,200 to 2,300 hotels and close 600 to 700 hotels.
