UNITY GP HLDGS (01539) announced that on March 6, 2026, Multipolar and the company entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU). The purpose of the MOU is to document the current mutual understanding between Multipolar and the company, solely to facilitate the documentation and implementation planning of the services to be provided. Multipolar and the company will continue to negotiate the commercial terms applicable to these services and are preparing and discussing a formal agreement for them. This formal agreement is expected to set out comprehensive terms governing matters including performance standards, service levels, security, compliance, and appropriate risk allocation.

Multipolar and the company have agreed in principle to cooperate on providing on-demand AI GPU computing services, which will be delivered through the group's business platform, subject to the execution of a formal agreement. The proposed services will involve high-performance AI GPU infrastructure with significant processing capacity, to be hosted in data center facilities located in Indonesia, and are expected to commence operations after completing commissioning and acceptance procedures.

Multipolar and the company plan for the arrangement to have a multi-year cooperation term, governed by the formal agreement, which will specify comprehensive provisions regarding service scope, service levels, performance standards, compliance, and other customary terms and conditions.

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk ("Multipolar", together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the "Multipolar Group") is a public company listed on the PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (Indonesia Stock Exchange). It intends to initially procure high-performance computing and related services for 1024 units of artificial intelligence (AI) graphics processing unit (GPU) computing power to support the workloads of the Multipolar Group and Multipolar's extensive corporate clients in Indonesia.

Through business dealings, the company has access to high-performance computing services, including access to the latest advanced AI GPU computing power, related infrastructure, and associated hosting services, and possesses the capability to meet enterprise-level technical, operational, and security standards.

This MOU initiates formal negotiations between the company and Multipolar regarding the provision of services by the group to Multipolar. Furthermore, the MOU also contains exclusivity and confidentiality clauses applicable during the parties' mutual due diligence processes. This memorandum of understanding aims to formally establish an exclusive cooperative relationship between the company, the operator, and investors to facilitate a definitive agreement for the relevant transaction.

The board of directors believes that if these services are successfully implemented, they will further diversify the group's revenue streams without requiring significant initial capital expenditure, and will also open up new business areas for the group, thus aligning with the overall interests of the group and its shareholders.
