RS MACALLINE (01528) announced that following the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting held on August 15, 2025, shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Xu Guofeng as a non-executive director. Upon his appointment as non-executive director, Mr. Xu Guofeng also serves as a member of the Board Strategy and Investment Committee.
