Lenovo (992.HK / 80992) Announces Q3 FY2025/26 Results: Revenue Reaches US$22 Billion, Adjusted Profit Up 36% Year-on-Year

Lenovo reported an 18% year-on-year increase in Group revenue to US$22.2 billion for the three months ended December 31, 2025. Adjusted profit attributable to equity holders reached US$589 million, a 36% rise year-on-year, propelled by strong sales in AI-related offerings and all three major business groups.

AI-related revenue jumped by 72% year-on-year and represented 32% of the total revenue. Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) posted a 14% revenue climb and a 15% increase in operating profit, with PCs capturing a 25.3% global market share. Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) delivered a record US$5.2 billion in quarterly revenue, up 31% year-on-year, supported by high-double-digit growth in AI servers and a pipeline of US$15.5 billion. Solutions and Services Group (SSG) revenue rose 18%, marking its nineteenth straight quarter of double-digit increases, and its operating profit improved by 30%.

Geographically, revenue grew in all key markets. The Americas recorded a 25% increase, EMEA rose 20%, China 15%, and Asia Pacific 8%. Third-quarter operating cash flow reached US$952 million, while free cash flow stood at US$451 million. As of December 31, 2025, the Group’s net cash position was US$710 million, and the gearing ratio was 0.59.

According to the announcement, Lenovo maintains its focus on AI-driven products and services across its Intelligent Devices, Infrastructure, and Solutions portfolios. The company noted the ongoing transformation of ISG, aiming for profitability improvements by optimizing its cost structure and product mix amid sustained AI and infrastructure demand. Further, new AI-related launches at TechWorld @CES 2026, including AI PCs and the Qira personal AI agent, reinforce the company’s investment in AI innovation.
